I’m an Irish Designer & Artist and create unique pieces of wearable Art. My studio is based in a small town on the Wild Atlantic Way, Tralee, Co.Kerry. Here I create Headpieces, Collars, embellishments and Tweed Clothing. Each piece is hand sewn using sustainable fabrics and inspired by materials I have gathered over the years. My work empowers the wearer, its intricate detail mesmerises the viewer, remarked upon for its ethereal presentation. My skillset was passed down to me by my grandmother and mother who I feel are by my side guiding my hands as I place the next bead or button. My work allows me to be present and I believe making Art is no different to prayer, it quiets the mind and opens the soul. My background is in sculpture and socially engaged art work and I welcome commissions.
